Florida Supreme Court Grants DeSantis Petition for Grand Jury to Investigate Claims About Efficacy of Covid Vaccines
DeSantis May Come After You if You Say Good Things About Covid Vaccines
The Florida Supreme Court issued an Order on December 22, 2022, in Case No. SC22-1710, granting Governor DeSantis Petition and impaneling a State Wide Grand Jury to investigate criminal activity by any of the following persons or business organizations:

With this Order DeSantis and his Administration will be free to examine any Covid vaccine manufacturer, distributor, medical association, the local pharmacy, doctors, hospitals, people involved in clinical testing and even individuals recommending people take Covid vaccines.
This is part of DeSantis campaign to be the Republican presidential candidate. DeSantis previously supported use of Covid vaccines, but now he apparently sees an advantage in securing part or all of the Trump base by his opposition to effective and life-saving Covid vaccines. Since I am in Florida, I am apparently subject to investigation by the DeSantis Grand Jury since I just said good things about Covid vaccines. The American Medical Association better stay out of Florida. Certainly representatives of Pfizer and Moderna should avoid Florida at all costs even if they already paid for their winter trip to Florida. Doctors and Hospitals beware for the DeSantis Truth Seeking Grand Jury may come for you.
So, now the Florida Supreme Court has decided to be part of the DeSantis political campaign in impaneling this Grand Jury in order to aid the Governor in his expected quest for the presidency.
Maybe Bush v. Gore was correctly decided meaning one should not trust the Florida Supreme Court to remain above the political fray.
